So ScryptGuild is closing and I am looking for a new auto-switching pool. Anyone have any suggestions for a good pool that auto-converts to BTC?

And if you are going to give me a sermon about how auto-switching pools are killing altcoins and I am going to hell for participating in them, save it. I've heard it all before.

You could mine on multipool and set auto withdrawal thresholds so the mined coins are sent to cryptsy and then have your cryptsy account auto sell the mined coins for bitcoin. It's actually pretty easy to set up.

I believe that ghash is also like multipool.

    I second @irnhnve 's idea. It works.

I have used multipool before but the price fluctuations have been damaging to my profits. Auto-switching seems more stable.

So auto-switching is basically were you mine for a coin and it auto switches it to bitcoin for you?

@eve3x So auto-switching is basically were you mine for a coin and it auto switches it to bitcoin for you?

Basically the mining pool changes what coin you are currently mining depending on what will bring the largest return.

Example, at this moment Litecoin might be the most profitable so you would be mining it, then ten minutes later it could be Dogecoin so in those circumstances the pool changes over and mines that instead.

With markets fluctuating constantly, is it set to were you would be able to at least mine one block of an alternate coin before switching to a second. I'm curious due to the volatility of this market, will it switch before profitability could be made off the first coin before switching to the next coin. Also is it set to auto sell the coin by undercutting the competition or selling at a competitive rate ?

In my experience, Trademybit pool has been the most profitable for me recently. Another pool which is like is Coinking, they have cool user interface and very helpful support.
