  I don't understand this. Are they afraid of a competitive-currency? Haven't they noticed the possibilities of money laundering? :p And how much will it affect the value of btc? Would be interesting to hear some russian voices.

  I think they saw what china did and they want in, make bad news about bitcoin then buy, make good news about bitcoin then sell!

  lol not really, but it's fun to talk shit, in reality nobody knows what's going on with btc prices, what changes the supply and demand monthly like this. Bitcoin is still volatile because there's no enough money in the pool yet, I believe it will happen, not sure about anytime to soon tho.

  Yes, main reason – possibilities of money laundering, using bitcoins for financing of terrorism, in drug trafficking. Also maybe to prevent financing of opposition forces to Putin's regime.

  Yes, main reason – possibilities of money laundering, using bitcoins for financing of terrorism, in drug trafficking. Also maybe to prevent financing of opposition forces to Putin's regime.

  Russia is kind of like China. They cry wolf regarding crypto a lot. I won't believe it until it happens.
