Hey I sent some XCP from bter to to my counter party wallet. It has been 6 hours and it still hasn't shown up in my wallet. On bter there is no XCP in my account and none in the pending transactions. is there any way of checking the public keys that it was sent to? I am 99% sure I sent it to the right address but I'm starting to think it went to the wrong wallet. If anybody has information that could help me it would be greatly appreciated.

My deposit to poloniex went for half a day. So don't worry. Counterparty assets are slow to confirm and sometimes blocks for bitcoins go for very slow as well.

You can find the record in Bter click the withdraw button on XCP as though you're making a withdrawal and it shows your withdrawal history.
There's been issues with withdrawals in the past something related to chrome extension changing the withdrawal address, they could use a secondary confirm on the address before it's posted.

there are known issues about transaction with counterwallet, i have a transaction error from my counterwallet when i try to deposit to poloniex, at first i thought that the problem was on poloniex side, but then after i send ticket to poloniex it was turned up that there is some problem with the transaction from the counter wallet. and my coin still stuck somewhere not on my wallet, and not on poloniex's wallet :|

Thanks I found record of it and it says waiting on balance. Does that mean I have to confirm it somewhere or that the block is just taking longer to complete?

try to keep your wallet tab open, as counterparty need it open to make transaction faster, or so it says..

You may have hit the withdrawal limit you could wait (as hotarugrey suggests) or you might want to contact Bter support, they're usually quick to respond.
About Withdraw:
There is a minimal withdrawal for all coins. Less than the minimal amount can not be transferred out from Bter. A daily withdrawal limit (on the 24 hours base)is also applied to all coins. If you’d like a higher upper limit, please contact service support when you are in need(there is asset waiting to withdraw).

So, if want to withdraw asset from counterparty, you must keep stay on the wallet for smooth and fast transaction? Actually i'm never withdraw my asset from counterparty before.
