A question on possibility of the blockchain for Central bank issued digital currency? is this feasible? It seems logical. Re Ecuardo

I loved Jeffery's talk at Bitcoin in the Beltway...does he have any suggestions on how we can engage more people in this conversation? Ignorance does seem to be bliss when it comes to what money is and how it controls us. How do we break through to people without scaring them off?
Thanks for all that you all do!!
I would ask this question...
Given, that now, I believe Dell and numerous other tech companies are supporting Bitcoin for Internet payments... why are they doing so?
Which of the following reasons would you ascribe to supporting their decisions, to do so:
1: to enable a small number Bitcoin users to more readily purchase their online products; 2: to better understand the crypto currency retail space through a trial with Bitcoin; 3: to gain free publicity, as stated by way of example, in the Overstock.com's CEO (Patrick Byrne) Keynote at the Amsterdam 2014 conference; 4: to establish a payment system, that is independent of the existing financial networks, as a safe guard, during a financial reset in the West. 5: or, is this just a 'me too' decision?
I do not see Dell as leading edge company. So I am intrigued by their decision to enable Bitcoin payments.
I am interested in Andreas thoughts on this, Max Entropy
I know it's probably a bit early for Andreas and Jeffrey to have many details about Stellar (from Stripe, announced yesterday), but I'd still like to know what they think of it from a political point of view (i.e how much of a compromise is it between decentralization and trustlessness on one side and big audience and usability of cryptocurrencies on the other).
I would like some info about bitcoin crowdfounding and colored coins. What are the best websites for doing crowdfounding with btcs? Can colored coin help with that? Look at http://coinpowers.com/ as a reference...

I don't really think this will fall within the scope of our conversation, but you might check out http://swarmcorp.com http://koinify.com and of course Coinpowers as you mentioned which full disclosure i'm an advisor to.
Not a direct crypto question, but one more specific to centralization vs decentralization. I'm always amused by libertarians/anarchists who rail against state structures - all of them. An example is the EPA and associated regulations like the clean water/clean air acts stemming from the 1960s and 70s. For dubious rationales Mr Tucker has taken to skewering the EPA for things such as reducing phosphates via reducing the commercial viability of TSP and for making most fuel containers vent free to reduce volatile emissions. These types of rants seem extremely short-sighted given what we've seen can happen when the free markets of the past century dictate what are acceptable levels of pollution on their own. Personally I feel that with environmental protection, effective decentralized options are truly hard to imagine.
I feel it dilutes the arguments for successful decentralized ideas like bitcoin when the advocate doesn't acknowledge that centralized solutions may have advantages in certain environments. I would ask him if he has any opinions on situations where centralized agencies may be preferable.
thank you so much for these links, I didn't know koinify :)
Stellar was just announced. Curious to hear any thoughts on the likely success/outcome of this idea.
Big fan of Jeffrey and just met him recently at the Chicago conference.
I am curious specifically about his thoughts on Altcoins, and if he considers that more decentralization is better achieved via multiple blockchains.
Also, having a unique economic background, can he touch on how the past alternative currencies have fared historically, and are Altcoins today even a fair comparison of past alternative currencies?
