Has anyone followed this from the start?

I have an old wallet "protoshares"

Then I heard it was "bitshares pts"

Then some spin off snap shots to a web wallet with an 5 percent inactivity for per year?

And when I open my old wallet there is no blockchain to connect to and I am unsure what is the proper wallet to use and if it will simply accept the old wallet.dat file to be moved, any one been through this?

Thank you in advance.

Your old wallet.dat should still work from your old Protoshares wallet.

Start by downloading a new Bitshares PTS wallet from https://github.com/BitShares/BitShares-PTS/releases.

Your holdings of PTS entitles you automatically to some Bitshares-X coins. You can download a Bitshares-X wallet from here: http://bitshares-x.info/. To claim the Bitshares-X, you can import a copy of your PTS wallet.dat file into the Bitshares-X wallet.

It's a bit confusing, but if you have more than just a few PTS, it will likely be worth your trouble.

I have protoshares from before the snapshot and I sent PTS to AGS too. If I drop my PTS wallet.dat in to that new wallet is that all that is needed to be done?

This new wallet is what I'm talking about -

Do you think that will still be able to work fine and perfect because is just and old Protoshares wallet.
