Problems with CoinBase

Has anybody experienced any problems when trying to pay with coinbase? Coinbase has worked fine for me until the last 2 weeks. Now I have trouble sending money. I can't send anywhere. I had to make a paper wallet to transfer my funds to my Blockchain wallet. Also when I use the iPhone app I can't put 0.00.....something only whole BitCoins. Does anybody recognise this problem or am I doing something wrong?

  First, have you contacted Coinbase support? What do they say?
