I just received a random email from something claiming to be the "Global Advisors Bitcoin Investment Fund", I'm guessing this went out to a lot of people.

Our team constantly seeks and executes opportunities and manage their associated risks. With a strong understanding on what is becoming the greatest financial revolution in the 21st century, we have helped both skeptics and believers realise incredible returns in the Cryptocurrency space.

Looking to stake a portion of your assets in Bitcoin? ...

WE HAVE FOUND THE HIDDEN GEM - Try our exclusive product: "Bitcoin Unit Box 150"

Your ultimate opportunity to get 150% return for the first time in Bitcoin history

They then go on to tell you that they are accepting bitcoin investments from the 15th to sept 30th ("limited time offer!"), and then straight up give you a BTC address to deposit funds to, with a supposed guaranteed return of 150% by Oct 15th. Hmm....

In case it's not obvious, 99% most likely a scam, so please don't fall for it :)

Also, I would be careful clicking the "unsubscribe" link or any of the other links in the email. Delete and move on

I got it as well and i followed the link :D The only thing i had to do was give them my Social Security Number and my Bitcoin private keys. Then they asked me to click this link to sign into my new account. Once i clicked the link, my screen flashed black really quick and i just assumed that i had a flicker in the pixels. Then to my surprise once logged in I found out that i had a long lost Nigerian prince for an uncle and he was kind enough to offer to wire transfer me some money so long as i gave him my bank account and routing number.

I am now waiting for my $15 million dollars

I also received this phishing email. It went to an email address only known to Localbitcoins. I hope they haven't been hacked. I also hope they are not selling email addresses.
