The forum posts and the article comments daily count are added or are separated? I mean, if I make 10 forum posts and 10 comments I earn about 29 points or 16?

currently all points are reckoned together, but the more you do of an action over the course of a week, the less each is worth in POP. If you do one that is the most you will make per post, each post will be worth less.

The goal really isn't to just have people post for no reason, post if you have something to say and you'll be rewarded. Don't post if you don't have something to say because it's not so big a reward for you to waste your time wasting other peoples time trying to log posts for points.
