I saw this on reddit. looks exciting, it would draw mainstream attention to the bitcoin 2.0 applications, and show that legitimate businesses can benefit from the bitcoin ecosystem, more than just taking payments through bitpay or coinbase. it'll be interesting to follow this and see if Byrne follows through. In the bitcoin 2014 keynote, he mentioned doing this. "I better watch what I say, next thing you know I'll have 40 employees trapped in a hotel room again.."

Very, very cool. I love when captains of industry actually step forward and take risks.

It's a pretty darn interesting time to be involved in all crypto-stuff. That's really all this keeps boiling down to.

Didn't know this, cheers for pointing out.

XCP has been my favourite since its inception, I love how the developers could gain only if the project was a success.

It's also the 1st one to get up & running. Byrne may also do the same thing on etherium or some of the other 2.0 layers when theyre working. I say the more the better at this stage.

Does every feel as much as I do that Adam has really helped Counterparty's launch? Yes, they seem to have been the first to market with a fully functional product, which may have been all they needed. But Adam really recognized them early, and jumped on board full force with LTBc, Tatiana Coin, and CoinPowers.

Or am I just seeing the world through LTB-colored glasses? I see a huge number of assets listed with Coinpowers, but all I've looked at have less than five asset holders (most have one). Are there any Counterparty assets that have seen more action than LTBc and TC?

They had mentioned they were looking at doing that a couple months ago nice to see it is still going forward.

Wonder what the SEC will have to say about it.
