New subforums are unchecked in the filter list

I filtered the forums and unchecked all the non-English boards. Now, when new boards are added, they are automatically unchecked so i don't see them unless I add the check-mark manually.

Political Talk and Crypto-News i had to add a check-mark to to view them.

  I literally discovered this new feature 15 minutes ago and it will improve the site immensely. I think that all of the subforums should not show by default since the majority of posts (at least right now) are in non English boards. An English speaking user may abandon the site since they dont put in the time to look around and actually find out they can turn off those subforums from appearing.

  yeah, @melisande seems to do that a lot... my favorite is when they quote a link and then say "what is this link?". Click the damn link and find out instead of making a useless post! :)
