@william Of course, as an author, I would hope that the price stays around 100-200 sat. I just don't know if it will. Which raises the next question of incentivizing authorship. If LTBc drops below 100 sat it could be difficult to attract quality content, as authors might find more lucrative compensation elsewhere.

except nowhere else AFAIK rewards people for content like we do ;) not yet anyway

@william Even if LTBc were listed on Mintpal, I don't see the price going up in the long term, given that there are millions of new coins entering circulation every week. As @adam repeatedly points out, LTBc is a deflationary currency at the beginning. I think it might be 3-4 years before LTBc stabilizes or trends upwards. Getting listed on MintPal will just get people pissed off with LTB because LTBc will trend down after an initial pump or two. That's what I think...

3-4 years is a very long period!

Have you a plan to keep the coin alive for all these years? Is not easy.. :(

Upon second and third thought, 100sat might be a bottom. I know that LTBcoin is not equal to shares, but it kind of is. At 100 sat the market cap in 5 years will be 510 BTC. At today's price that might actually come close to the value of the LTB network as a business... Problem is LTBcoin is not stock so the equation doesn't really work.

Doesn't counterparty mean we have a decentralised exchange? How does this affect the normal altcoin exchange listing goal?

    Any response of Mintpal?

I've seen that we're not listed on the Mintpal Coin Vote List... If devs send a message to Mintpal devs we're going to be listed to start voting! :D

Is there an initiative to have LTBcoin listed on a myriad of exchanges?

Yes, there is one. I think we should be supporting it (the Counterwallet-based exchange) even if they've been having some trying times processing btc-related orders lately.

According to the prime dev PhantomPhreak, they have to undergo a rollback this evening (morning? afternoon? -- within the next 24 hours) which should improve the situation at least somewhat.

I've had some considerable luck there trading XCP for BTC and various other assets but would be happy to see a little bit more volume. Hey, in my opinion its better than supporting Mintpal. They are doing pretty well as it is, IMHO.

Yes, but we're not listed on Mintpal yet. Let's see if any dev can contact with Mintpal support to have LTBCoin listed on their exchange asap.
