Melotic bitcoin withdrawal frozen [FIXED]

Hey all. So I tried to withdraw 0.022... BTC from Melotic after selling a bit of LTBc. It is now listed the balance as frozen, and nothing has come over the blockchain yet.

It's been almost 6 hours. is this normal for Melotic? This is the first time I've used the site.

Also, has anyone else experienced this?

  Frozen might refer to it being tied up in open orders. If you have open orders then you might want to cancel them befory trying to withdraw the value they require for fullfillment.

  It could also just be some bad luck with blocks, I'm not sure. Let us know how it goes.

  Well I don't have any open orders, so this makes it all the more frustrating... I will update any new info as I receive it.

  Have you confirmed in your email? I have deposited and withdrawn from Melotic mostly without issues, but there is a forum post I wrote earlier about a transaction that only went through partially. I contacted tech support though and they corrected it. I have made sure to watch closely since then though that the numbers are right. I just withdrew BTC from Melotic today with now issues.

  Yeah, make sure everything is verified... and also, exchanges tend to freeze a user's funds if they suspect anything at all, like an attacker trying to get through.

  Luckily i haven't had any problems with them yet. Hopefully everything gets resolved for you before to long.
