Magic Words - Where on new website?

  I am unable to input 'Magic Words'. An error comes up despite having the correct word. Is there any way to fix this ?

  It may be that the time limit for entering that particular magic word has already run out.

  Try making the EB107 magic word plural. That appears to be the answer.

  What about the IOS app? I haven't been able to enter the Magic Word there for many weeks now, only on the web site, but by the time I get back to my laptop, the word is long forgotten . . . .
