Adam said in the Episode 137 that the magic word was good until the 23rd. I entered the word today (which is early afternoon on the 23rd), but the word is expired. (sadpanda)

I feel your pain. Had it happen myself with a different podcast. Technically its 96 hours from when it's posted so its not actually based on calendar days or time zones.

yeah, its technically 96 hours from publishing. il discuss with the team about extending it, seems to be suggested a lot

Maybe only being able to submit one word per 24 hours would help w/ the abuse. I'm assuming that's why it's changing, because some sites have popped up publishing the words.

If you could only submit one word per 24 hours, someone wouldn't be able to just go to the list once a week and enter all the words at once.

Right now there doesn't seem to be more than one show per day, so it seem it could help. But if there ever is more than one magic word per day it could cause some issues.
