  @jayek I didn't hear what happened last week but I like the idea of this. Also makes my approval worth a bit more, haha.

  Yes, take advantage of the "like" button, the more "high-level" members use it, the less coin spammers get :p it will be nicer when it is in the form of upvote/downvote arrows

  It seems all this changes already brought some result.

  Users Participating in Proof of Participation are decreasing last 2 weeks:

  Nov 1st - Nov 7th, 2014 1,245 Nov 7th - Nov 14th, 2014 1,569 Nov 14th - Nov 21st, 2014 1,705 Nov 21st - Nov 28th, 2014 1,572 Nov 28th - Dec 5th, 2014 1,012

  Before was number of participants steady for many months at around 1200.

  Users Participating in Proof of Participation are decreasing last 2 weeks:

  Yeah, it seems like some of the users who were spamming views & likes before have given up and left. Also it is the holiday season so things have been slowing down in general. Number of weekly users participating should go up again in the new year I think

  @ltbc-boy My "liking" option is disabled. What is the principle of selection of those who are allowed to give likes?

  In order to have the "like" option enabled, you must first receive enough likes from other members on the site who have the ability already. The amount of likes you need depends on how much LTBcoin each person has who is liking you. I just liked your post, so that probably gave you enough points to re-enable the option :)
