My argument consists of two parts. Firstly, that the LTB website was released too early. I have encountered so many problems that I'd rather not own any ltbcoin because the hassle outweighs any potential value. Maybe I'm an exception here or maybe there are more people with problems than those without problems. My second argument is that Counter Party was released too early. I have one wallet that is no longer accessible. It's difficult to store your money somewhere when you know there's a strong risk it will be lost forever.

We're definitely in alpha, but the good news is it didn't cost you anything but your time and you can always come back later when the project is more developed. Our rewards program is designed to offset the annoyances caused by being part of the early community.

    :)

And if you're done with us you can always sell your LTBc for a little bonus as compensation for your time.

biggest mistake everyone makes with web projects is waiting until they are perfectly ready before releasing. If its functional, just release the damn thing! Otherwise you get left behind. Plus many issues are hard to discover when you only have a couple people using it instead of a couple hundred

I disagree with the previous post. Putting something out there has great benefit, even if it is not perfect. I've benefitted from both 'alpha' releases. Software can always be improved. Adam, keep marching forward!

Wow eddie2, I am curious as to what problems you have had, as I haven't have any with the website nor the counterparty wallet. Why is your wallet no longer accessible? If you give us more details maybe I or a community member can help.

Agreed - I haven't run into any problems with the LTB site, so if you could elaborate on those I would like to hear them.

As for CounterParty - They have a lot of work to do yet, it's a complex system.

This is an experiment, and a work in progress. Come back in a year, you may be surprised.

That is sad to hear, the harsh reality of the situation for many sites is that waiting to finish everything means you will get left in the dust.

An MVP is an important thing to have and getting it in to the hands of people who can start offering constructive feedback.

You mention issues with the site but didn't go in to them. Perhaps you could make your coins worth something more and offer some suggestions?

How many LTBCOIN do you have, and how much do you want for them?

Also, you could add posts on the forum offering LTBCOIN for having the bugs you don't like fixed. You could even add posts on this forum offering LTBCOIN for having the bugs in counterparty you don't like fixed. I'm sure there is at least one counterparty/counterwallet dev keeping an eye on this space that would love some extra LTBCOIN for marketing purposes in the future.

Yup, Google's a perfect example of this, with so many of their apps in BETA... they refine them with user feedback and that's how the community grows.
