Hello,

When I checked my account settings, I've seen this

LTBcoin Compatible Address (unverified)

Is it a must to verify it ?

I think it's a sort of bug that isn't fixed yet.

you do not need a verified bitcoin address to receive LTBcoin rewards (at least for the moment). Address verification will be used for some other features we are busy implementing for the near future, but for the moment it is not necessary to verify.

This bug is confusing a lot of new people. I even had to mention it in my guide http://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/post/work-in-progress-dont-reply-yet?ref=083d7a26

Fix or removal of the feature would be greatly appreciated.

Maybe remove/disable the feature for now?

Its tied into the system already (your "primary" (bolded) address in the address manager is your LTBcoin rewards address), so no point in back tracking. Its not a bug. verifying your address will just give you access to additional features in the near future (probably within the next few weeks)

    I've verified my address successfully.

I tried to verify it by signing a message, but that failed for for "invalid signature" error. I also saw a warning about this, but I said I would give it a try.

I verified it by sending a few satoshies to the ltbcoin random verification address from my main LTBcoin address.

I verified it by sending a few satoshies to the ltbcoin random verification address from my main LTBcoin address.

    It's simple ...

import your private key forum counterwaller in a blockchain.info account and go to " Receive Money"

click on the right or you LTB address and click again " sign message"

Copy and paste you verification code a and et voila ...

Have you gotten your message signed .

Go to : http://letstalkbitcoin.com/dashboard/address-manager/verify/YOUR_ADDRESS_HERE copy and paste you signed message and click verify .

If you have been helpful, you might even get me a small donation of btc
