I would like to make a request for a redesign of the LTB-Community space. I feel like that the whole thing is not using the screen-real-estate efficiently, the post are all very big (size-wise) which makes everything lacking overview and the ability to skim for interesting topics. I personally would like to see more standard forum types such as bitcointalk for more structure, simplicity and overview, (not sure if that collides with the inventive system from ltb though.) but I believe it would greatly improve the overall ltb-experience.

In my opinion the forum is great with this design and bitcointalk seems kinda old compared to ltb...

yeah, honestly I hate bitcointalks layout. Its literally just the default theme that comes with the SMF forum software. Looks like it belongs in like 2003

yeah, honestly I hate bitcointalks layout. Its literally just the default theme that comes with the SMF forum software. Looks like it belongs in like 2003

Ok. Point taken. I agree that btctalk might not have been a good example. I still stick with the claim of lacking overview though, not only on ios devices but also on normal screens. There is room for improvement in my opinion and I am glad to hear that it is currently been worked on.

for ETA.. hard to say really. It will be at least a couple weeks before we can get started on it. Its a pretty major overhaul which includes new features as well as layout redesign

You are still against using vB or phpBB and making a fusion between it and the LTBn, right ?

Yeah that would actually be way more work and also way more work later on, plus would kind of suck to just completely backtrack and scrap most of whats been done so far.

The only thing I don't like is that the quoted text is so much larger than the regular text.

Other than that it looks pretty nice. Looking forward to see what the redesign has in store.
