Is it possible to summarize the business model of LTB?

I think LTB network has a great business model.  Would it be possible to highlight some of the main details
of your business.  Then summarize your business process to demonstrate a template of how to execute a similar media company.
Of course I'm not looking to compete.  I live in another country and I think the idea of having the audience send BTC to a distributed content creators
is great idea. Can you go into any further detail of the pros and cons.  Any further best practices to follow would be great too.
