Why does it have to be either. Why not base it off the web using HTML5. It will help us stay independent of the platform infringement onto the technology. Lets stay away from them both :)

I've been using iOS, but in addition to other innovations, the denial of wallet applications in the Apple network has me waiting on the arrival of a recently ordered Android phone. I love many interface advantages iOS offers, but attempting to segregate as stifle development is too big an issue when we're potentially on the cusp of an historic paradigm shift.

Matt said: If Apple supported Bitcoin and cryptocurrency I'd be back on board. Android till then.
I think something like LTB could eventually turn into its own mobile operating system o_O, so maybe there is no need?
Unfortunately I'm tied in for .7 years more of IOS , Steve would not be pleased with the blockchain.info app removal, or so I'd like to think.

Ubuntu phone! :)
Android might be a better bet to start with so you don't have to worry about getting your app banned since it will have a crypto-coin associated with it. Then move to IOS if you can. It would be a shame to build a great IOS app and have all the hard work be for nothing, or worse have an IOS app that you need to strip all of the good features out of to get it accepted.0 likes -

I gave up on Apple in the 90s. Will never touch an Apple product again if I can help it.

Moto X, nearly pure Android and a Nexus 7 with pure Android both Kit Kat). I don't like the skinning many manufacturers put atop Android.IOS is smooth but ultimately limited.
