Hi, for two day, my indie square wallet doesn't work find. It can't confirm transaction and it imposiible to make a transaction too (bitcrystal in direction to a another wallet i have bitcoin but error said tha btc balance is not enought...). I have seen that; on poloniex all counter party token have withdraw and transfert disabled... Any one experiencing the same issue? Have an idea.... tomorow it's "black friday" it's may be a bad day if the plateform doesn't work

  Hey Elma, It's possible this is a Indiesquare specific problem, but far more likely your problems are related to the giant backlog of transactions waiting to get into the bitcoin blockchain. This is not a problem that can be solved by wallets, the blockchain is over capacity and will behave abnormally until things slow down and the backlog gets caught up.

  We've been building tools for merchants to be able to basically avoid this problem and give a better buying experiance to their customers, but SoG and other current users have not had time to switch to those tools, so my personal expectation is tomorrow will be ugly. Hope i'm wrong.

  And yes i anderstand both, the problem of saturation and, the ugly day for SoG and "black" black friday... If just a small part of user can made indie square or book of orbs transaction, swapbot will doesn't serve like they should......

  Our new ecommerce solution for tokens solves this problem to a large degree, Swapbot was built for a world of a functional bitcoin network, full blocks and a very large backlog have increasingly disrupted the user experience so we're getting ready to transition. All-in-all, the sales actually went pretty well. Backlog cleared in less than a day.

  Hi, Adam

  Like we have anticipated, yesterday i can access to my wallet but not made txt... black out black friday in other words... And today, all pending txt just passed, and i can made transfert from my indie square to my book of orbs... It's a problem of saturation? I made low priority transfert because middle priority became really expensive (~ 1$ for one Txt is too much for token with no great value).... what is our solution, you don't pass by the BTC blockchain? can you more precise on ths solution...
