  all of your posts are valid prevision. Sadly i've red about people that think that btc will rise until 100k before the end of 2016...

  Tbh my biggest concern is the lobbying power in the US by the large banks.

  If they think that Bitcoin is a threat - expect NY style regulations country wide which would cripple Bitcoin.

  If that doesn't happen however I could see bitcoin very high

  I think bitcoin could be replaced by then. Cryptocurrency will be an enormous market, but I don't know if Bitcoin will still be the token of most reliability.

  I've heard everywhere from 10k to 750k within 15 to 20 yrs. Hard to say but either way I'm ready for this wild ride.

  Not sure if it will be replaced in 5-10 years but I do agree it will eventually go niche market where certain areas will use different coins for their own purpose. However I believe people will still use bitcoin to go between them all.

  As for value I don't know if anyone can truly make an accurate guess at this point. I believe it will be higher then it is now. It could be 10k or 50k like somepeople have said or a major unfixable bug could be found which makes the value 0.

  I'm not as bullish as some of the others, but I think it's quite likely we will see ~2500 USD.

  There will be significant fractionation in the industry and competition from all sorts of protocols that haven't been invented yet. There will be regulation, violence, repression and possibly outright war.

  The established powers will not so easily allow their system to be thwarted and there is a historical precedent for the violent repression of ideas. It's naive to not expect this.

  These factors will force an upward limit on how high the bitcoin price can get.
