As in how to remove assets from your counterparty address? I'm not sure, I was wondering the same thing since I have a bunch that were just randomly distributed but would like to hide from the main wallet display. If you have enough addresses with clutter in all of them it looks really cluttered.

I think they are building in a feature to specifically do this, but for now basically the method is sending them to a random address. You could send them to a provably unspendable address like the original counterparty burn address: 1CounterpartyXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXUWLpVr

To burn them I think that you will need 0.0005 btc for each type of token.

I would just sweep your 'clutter' tokens into a designated garbage address. At least that way you can clean up your wallet a little.
