I need to exchange LTB to dollars, but i don't know how to do it. I'm new on this forum, so i need some help))

  only way currently is to exchange LTBcoin to BTC, and then from there exchange BTC to dollars or whatever

  Easy dear,

  Register an account at https://www.melotic.com and move your LTBc from your counterwallet to the melotic wallet and either accept a "buy order" or replace one and you will get your LTBc exchanged soon.
