@cherapple
Daniel has already paid me separately for the editing work I did for Gems, and CoinTelegraph has paid me for the articles I've written, so I don't expect anything more than a small amount of BTC, if anything. I would like some GEMZ, which I will use to continue to promote the network.
Dave, what do you think is a good amount to hold in assets to put toward working on future projects?
Thanks Cheryl. I will send you some more GEMZ from my personal account. Daniel P gave me 10K as a bonus (accident) and told me to keep them so I will continue to share amount our group so you can do what you want with them.
Post your GEMZ Counterparty address on this thread so we have record of where to send stuff.
In answer to your question, I am mixed on how many to keep in reserves.
My gut tells me to hold on to as many as we can so we can use them in advertising campaigns, but my practical side says sell them all immediately once they go on the market on Saturday and get what we can in case they drop in value. (little guy with horns on one shoulder, little guy with Halo on the other)
Let's figure out how we will divide them up first as our percentages, and then calculate how many to keep in reserve, that way we still have
Here is an estimate of the value of the earnings using Tuomas' suggested split..
Love to get some more comments on the structure of the payout.
354,154 GEMZ = approx 10,000 per BTC = 35.4154
plus 10.42 BTC = 45.8354 total
Using current prices of $291.00 USD per BTC
% BTC USD
40% = 18.33 5,334.03
30% = 13.75062 4,001.43
10% = 4.58354 1,333.81
10% = 4.58354 1,333.81
10% = 4.58354 1,333.81
