  @btcalp Is there any place on here where I can find out what it takes to be a moderator? I'd like to help but I would first like to find out the depth of technical knowledge and amount of time necessary for the position. Thanks.

  we are not really as organized as we should be right now with forum moderation, but if you are interested shoot me a PM

  I think we should not have random newcomers as mods. Right? There could be robots that want to get all the LTBCOINs

  Is there a way, @cryptonaut, to apply to be a global mod? Or is that closer to admin, so only staff can?

  Right now I think we have enough mods already, plus the forums have slowed down a lot. I don't think we will need any more mods or global mods until probably a few months from now when the forums are upgraded and start being used more.

  I am glad to hear they finally have some moderators. This will mean less spam on the site. I think it will also mean that there are fewer people with posts such as; :) and this is it. What is up with posts like this. Perhaps, there should be a minimum word count, or at least character count to count toward the LTBC. Just my thoughts on the subject.
