Hey everybody, the Let's Talk Bitcoin application in the apple App store was a great first step, but we've heard your feedback and are improving it before we dig into the Android application.

There are two phases of improvement planned. The first is usability improvements for the application itself, the media player, downloading options, etc. The second is adding Magic Words and Forum functionality.

We're about to begin the first phase, here is the change-list. Is there anything we've missed? Chime in asap

• Skip forward 30s, backward 15s - (tap and currently displayed next/prev buttons)

• 2x speed - actually i believe 1.4 will work better :)

• Saving current listener place

• Autoplay next episode

• Downloading from homescreen

• Local database with articles / podcast + better synchronization

• Autodelete listened episodes option

• Autodownload new episodes option

• iPhone 4 context menu

  I don't know if someone has mentioned it before so if it doesn't make it into the very next version that's alright, but seeing your LTBc balance like you can on the site's account section would be nice. A place to enter magic words would also be neat, unless the app auto-marks you as having listened to an episode without the magic words already and i'm just not aware of it (and if it doesn't do that, then that'd be even better if it's technically possible).

  Honestly, I thought this first version was really excellent. A couple of comments are listed below, but the look and feel was nice and intuitive. I really like the drag and drop podcast option. The list of updates for version two also look very good. I'm a fan.

  Comments:

  +1 to the comment to see LTBcoin balance;

  I would like to be able to see my wallet address upon selection, if manageable;

  The gear icon in the upper right goes to a screen that shows listened to podcasts (I believe). I would think it would be a profile/settings tool as that icon is commonly used for. I don't see an option for profile/account changes.

  Other than that, I'm really impressed. This was a really well done app.

  Indeed; I'm an iOS developer and i can really appreciate the UI design that went into this app; lots of things that i myself wouldnt have thought of implementing make the app feel really nice to use, and the UI stands out from a lot of the other ios apps i've seen in terms of functionality and how users can do things in it.

  When is phase 2 expected to start? I think forum functionality is an extremely important thing to add.
