Thoughts? I thought it was pretty comprehensive if a bit uncritical of my claims.

Nice work. Only criticisms I think is I'd say its a bit too long, the first half is kind of all over the place and mixes up names and technicals, and also the article ends sort of abruptly. Good start though :)

Yes, I had to shrink it quite a bit as the editor on BNC also thought it was too long. Usually they only publish up to 1500 words, so at least I managed to sneak this one in :) Thank you to BNC for allowing that. I tried to be as comprehensive as possible while describing Tokenly, the tech, and the use cases. Feedback appreciated, I'm only getting started with writing.

No problem, its pretty good overall! The main thing is there is just so much to cover, so I could see how it could be difficult.

    Some specifics:

The core business model at Tokenly is renting token vending machines, at a flat monthly rate, and letting the people who fill them with tokens get to work quickly

this part seemed not quite right, as obviously just renting the vending machines isnt the main or only part of our business :) which is pretty much explained further throughout the article anyways though

Tend is the stand-alone version of the TokenSlot API, it doesn’t have a full-on web store or checkout system already built (like a Swapbot), instead it offers a unique, sharable order and payment page for each “slot” created. Developers can quickly add the ability to accept tokens on their website, app or service by integrating with the TokenSlot API. Documentation is available here. In the near future, TokenSlot will also be able to accept Credit Cards via Stripe and many Altcoins via ShapeShift.io.

Minor correction: Tend and TokenSlot are two separate things. TokenSlot is basically a payment processor for tokens, and Tend is the first front-end application which makes use of it.

That's mostly it I think actually, otherwise does a pretty good job of going over everything.

Thanks for the feedback, I'm sure Adam can share the doc we have been working together for the Q&A with you and both comments above are what I got from the replies to my questions including:

The core business model at Tokenly is renting token vending machines, at a flat monthly rate, and letting the people who fill them with tokens get to work quickly...

I can only work with the replies I've been given.

Also regarding the Token Slot API I added links to both the tokenslot-tend API and the tokenslot API in the two accasions where they are metioned next to each other. Where I mention: Tend is the stand-alone version of the TokenSlot API there is a link to the tokenslot-tend github, that is not wrong in my opinion. Tend is a stand-alone "version" of of Token-Slot API called TokenSlot-Tend. It doesn't imply that Tend is the token-slot API but only a version.

I had to use Adam's replies a bit here and there in the article to explain more about the tech and the company. Another thing on BNC is they don't do lists of Q&A but only use quotes as you can see on the articles. So I had to use some of the replies in a prosaic way.

I can certainly submit a request for corrections if you feel something doesn't reflect the status of things. Bare with me as I only used what I was given so this will be different than originally stated.

Indeed, right now that answer is correct even if in the future it is incomplete :)

No worries @NicolaMinichiello , just being nitpicky since you asked! :P I don't think there is any issues with it that warrant you needing to spend time requesting corrections, all good.

    Tokenly Article Banner

Nice to see the article promoted right on top of LetsTalkBitcoin with its own banner! :)

And thanks for the shout out in this week's Community Roundup!

Yup, timing lined up well - We had a six month run of Decentral.tv expire on the publishing date.

We'll leave it up there for two or three days
