Hi @tolikkk, FLDC stands for FoldingCoin. I looked into today because I, like you, was curious what this coin was doing in my counterwallet. If you go to http://folding.stanford.edu/ or google "folding@home" you will be presented with a short video describing the functionality of this coin.
In short FLDC is a project which seeks to incentivise people to use their CPU and GPU's to help with protein folding research. They have a great setup tutorial and a fabulous GUI. You can earn FLDC by putting your CPUs and/or GPUs to work knowing the effort is going towards curing protein folding related diseases such as Alzheimers or Parkinsons diseases.

It varies from week to week. You will be paid as part of Proof of Quality payout to start then paid again using the Proof of Value payout 4 weeks later. If i'm not mistaken last week was about 75k per published article.

I submitted an article and got a prompt reply its not really the format ltb is looking for. I made a completely new article that I felt was way more appropriate. Seems to be taking longer this time, is it an indication that its being reviewed more seriously, or that I'm hopeless and no one wants to break it to me ;p
I just don't have an indication I submitted properly or bugged out somehow...also just excited and curious about the whole process...
thx all
