  Well, it's more History than Politics, but there's no category for that yet. I do hope that the sacrifice we made is not being managed. That would offend me.

  Aug 19th was a very important date in Canadian History for sure and I don't think hesham3del was meaning anything by moving this.

  I'm sure you are right, and nothing bad was intended, but it was insensitive. Maybe I'm a bit touchy about this.

  I made the original post in an attempt to connect the past with the present, and to honour those who died. Throwing it into a bucket sucks.

  Let me ask a question. If someone posted a memorial for the victims of 9/11, would that be left on the General board, or would it be moved to Politics?
