  I think maybe a investment program would be great, or maybe a callable asset, so people get interest for buying this asset.

  You can't mine counterparty assets, but it would be great if I can pay in this asset for computing power, for mining bitcoins.

  Interesting suggestion. Maybe 10% return each month? Maturity at one year, so you get 220% of your initial investment back...

  You need an incentive for people to keep their tokens, have to be linked to something (like asics or a website)
