Tintin

I use counterparty with multiple addresses to keep everything seperated, storage, trading, auctioning, etc But Nothing is confirming, confirming takes days. I even went into the minus:

I have send out some extra bitcoin dust to be able to add fees but CP keeps using the unconfirmed bitcoin balance.

I will send out some extra bitcoin today to respend the pending 140k. I will send it to the exchange and back to a different address so that it cannot complete the 80k spend.

I also have some low to no fee transactions in my blockchain.info account. It looks like they just have been send, but they are not. They are being rebroadcasted for weeks now. I just gave that up and send the same amount with a fee. I hope they will ever confirm.

Finally my transactions expired and I send out the funds to a new address. That confirmed luckily.

Their 'help' function does give me an error too. After writing a substancial letter to them, that window just goes away and message is not send.

So I turn my problems towards the forum, no answer. Their is support is totally pathetic, shame on you counterparty.

I solved it by just waiting, but come on, this is not how it should be.

@tintin I have to agree with you, their support is pretty fragmented and not very response.. :S

I have found that best way to get a response is to go right to the github page for the project. You can submit a new issue here: https://github.com/CounterpartyXCP/counterwallet/issues/new

@tintin frustrating, could the problem have been any easier if there was an LTBC support page, after all it's an LTBCOIN, should Counterparty be expected to offer support in relation to every issued asset? just a thought

its their wallet software that they built and host, so I would say its the counterparty teams responsibility for support. There is zero technical from one asset/token to another, and the only reason we send people to counterwallet is because its the only somewhat usable option out there right now. Cant wait till there are more options! Also the original issue in OPs post is sort of a freak incident
