This is an updated and re-branded version of the Android app LTB Coin Monitor. The conversation thread has been moved here from:

http://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/post/android-app-for-monitoring-ltbcoin-balance

The application allows multiple Bitcoin Addresses that are used on Counterparty to monitored, generating a notification when there is a change in balance. Addresses can be entered via scanned QR Codes or the keyboard (although they are not currently verified). Once an address is entered it's assets are periodically updated from Blockscan.com, the update period specified in the settings (default 1 hour).

Other settings are:

WiFi Only Updates - To reduce data charges.
Play Notification - Play sound when the balance of an asset changes.
Hide Zero Balances - Hide Assets with a balance of Zero.

Once I started developing LTB Coin Monitor it quickly became obvious that it should also display other assets. In the new app, LTBCoin is unique in the fact that it's value in BTC is also displayed. The value is received from Melotic.

Unfortunately to achieve the modern Android look I have had to use a library which only supports from Android 4.1. So far there has only been one person to download LTB Coin Monitor for a version below this but I will keep LTB Coin Monitor on the Play Store for the time being.

The app can be easily found by searching for Counterparty or from the following address:

Looks interesting... Android says its not yet compatible with my device, but I will check back in later on, especially if I get a new device.

I deleted the old app and installed this one. It installed fine. Sadly it crashes immediately when I try to open it. My phone is running Android 4.4.4. I sent a crash report.

I have an LG something pre-"G". I just checked my Android OS and its 4.0.4 , so that explains that.

Sorry, I made a bad build and didn't beta test before publishing. You should be able to get version 0.02 now which fixes the problem.
