I am kinds new to the whole crypto currency thing. My question is there a good way to do a charity fundraiser?

We have a 36ft RV and I was approached last week to help out and be one of the support vehicles for a St Judes charity event where a bunch of teams runs for over 33 hours from Chicago to Peoria. Since It's for St Judes of course I said yes. You would have to be a jerk to say no if you had the time to do it. Was sitting here today thinking I could probaly raise a few bucks from my Facebook friends and some people from work. Is there a way to do that with BTC or LBTC? Something that's people know it's not a scam or just begging for Crypto? Is it worth the hassle? The thing is next Friday and I will be posting pics to my Facebook account along the way. Real short notice and they ask that you raise $1250 minimum. I am crazy to think that I could raise that in a week with the crypto crowd?

Site for the event. https://sites.google.com/site/stjudechicago2peoria/

Any insights or suggestions would be appreciated.

Looks interesting, maybe you can propose some sort of sponsorship... like get the staff/volunteers T-Shirts that advertise bitcoin or letstalkbitcoin specifically.

I think this way it would be a win-win situation - and you might get more interested people here :)

    Good Luck!

I like that idea. Maybe too late for that this year. I think the shirts are already done. If I do this again next year that will be the plan.
