@Bernhard, BTW I have used ChangeTip.com and it is a convenient way to send and receive Tips. Though not open source, I would say if you´re talking about small amounts it´s perfectly fine to use, you can withdraw your tips to a personal address where you control the private key right away. I am actively collaborating with the ChangeTip folks on some efforts they are doing to promote charitable giving, they have managed to raise a lot of funds for example for victims of the Nepal earthquakes.

its a good idea to accept also tips with credit cards and i opened account if i remember but did not completed it on my website jet.
you do not provide company and address or email on your website. this I don't like. it does not look serious without responsible address.
