As I understand that LTBcoin will be based on Counterparty Coin.Bitcoin chain changed which might impact Counterparty chain.How will LTBCoin reduce the risk in case of Counterparty chain has issue?

  If Counterparty sinks, in the worst case, it might be possible to do a proof-of-burn of LTBcounterparty to a new LTBcoin on another platform.
