Up for auction are two (2) blocks of forty-five (45) second intervals in this coming week's first episode of Let's Talk Bitcoin! Episode #129 will be released on Tuesday the 22nd, and whether or not your business/project will be a part of it is up to you.

Bidding will start at 10k LTBc.

This auction will end at 7:00 PM PST on Monday, July the 21st. Any bids submitted after that time but before closure of the thread will not be considered. A bid on the close as logged by the post's official time stamp (in this case, 7:00 PM) is a valid bid, however 7:01 is not. The top two overall bids in the thread will be awarded slots 1 and 2, respectively.

What exactly am I bidding on?

The two slots fill scheduled breaks in the episode. Adam will do his own research on your business/project and will spend approximately 45 seconds talking about what you do. Adam reserves the right to veto any winning bids if he feels that doing a live read for your project would not be mutually beneficial. No scripts will be accepted. If you want him to focus on a particular area of your project, mention it with your bid.

Please state your bid in LTBc along with what project you are bidding on behalf of. (a link would be nice)

Please note that you will receive no editorial control for your winning bid. The live read will be approximately 45 seconds but no guarantees are made for it to be exactly that length of time.

What if I'm the winning bid?

After you receive confirmation that you have won, please remit payment in LTBc to the following address: 16mtsJE29zY5Rw2c4XunVFeg7DmbGedS9M

Payment will be expected by 12:00 AM Pacific Time (Midnight) the day that the auction is closed. if you cannot meet this deadline, please state so ahead of time. If we have not heard from you or received payment by then, we will assume that you are defaulting and your slot will be given to the next bidder in line.

What kinds of people sponsor the show?

Lots of people! Here are a few of our recent sponsors:

But I'm new to LTB, I don't have any LTBcoin!

Well, you can purchase it from the private market currently either at Melotic (https://www.melotic.com/markets/ltbcoin-btc) or through a Counterparty Counterwallet (https://www.counterparty.co/ and https://counterwallet.co/)

There are also LTB ad brokers such as Bitofthis (@bcohen or http://www.bitofthis.com/ltb-advertising-broker.html ) which you can see was one of our previous sponsors! They will use their own LTBc reserves to bid on your behalf and the two of you can settle up later.

Feel free to ask for clarification on any of the above points, or any other questions you may have in this thread. I will do my best to respond as quickly as possible.

I do not, @adam doesn't release this information to me. It is also far enough out that he may not even know yet.

That episode will probably be an episode talking about Bitshares with Dan Larimer, it will likely have a second shorter interview on it but I'm not sure what it will be.

The issue is, we don't have an editorial calender. I have a big pile of content that I add to frequently and then pick things out of based on my feeling and what I think will be relevant and mesh well together, I do almost all the prep and actually most of the show besides content generation on the day of release.

Most people don't operate like this, I always have. It makes it hard to tell you anything other than it will be an episode of the LTB show.

My connection is very simple. I saw it, I loved it, I started advocate it. Who made it? I have no clue. Why was it made? I have no clue.

All I know is that it removes the need for facebook logins, removes the need for webdevelopers to store passwords that will eventually get hacked and leaked and allow people to create identities in the form of ECDSA keypairs.

How could I not like that? O.o
