  Brian do you mind my asking how you're negotiating these? Do you have a fixed exchange rate negotiated and they're bidding specific dollars amounts, or are you just throwing numbers?

  I am using a combination of taint analysis on LTBcoin, how much my clients are offering me, what my holdings are, how my writing is doing (heck I have the story of the week next week!) to guess what my future LTBCoin payout might be... hmmm...other proprietary special sauce?

  In the event of a tied amount it is earlier, but the bidding officially is over at the end of 5:00 so you got in on the last timestamp and exceeded the amount.

  Previously when you did same minute you tied the amount, that's the difference.
