Hey all,I actually haven't taken a break from this stuff in several weeks and am badly in need of a break, but with so many things to do it's difficult to resist. I'm going to be offline (unplugging the router) for the next 36hrs now that the show is up, and I'll be back Thursday morning.
Your optional mission, should you choose to accept it:
Tell me in your own words what we're doing here and what you hope to personally get out of it.

A) Get more sales via indirect promoting of my website in the most non-spam-tasting way possible
B) Participate in this new Social Network for both pleasure and educationC) MOST important - Brainstorm on ways to make BTC and other Cryptocurrencies an Exclusive media of exchange for a virtual product or service. I'm not talking novelty - something common but difficult or expensive, like loan financing, or car insurance, or real estate, or smart property - that can ONLY be purchase with digital currency. Not credit cards, not paypal, not an e-check. Denominated exclusively in a digital currency and sold as such (NOT DRUGS or other ILLICIT STUFF either!)0 likes -

I hope to be a part of the growing crypto-equity ecosystem. I believe this technology has the potential to effect some really positive changes in the world. I'm an active member over at bitsharestalk.org, and I've played around with Counterparty. Adam is clearly a mover-shaker type in the crypto world, and he strikes me as the kind of person whose project I want to be a part of.

I hope to be better informed about cryptocurrency space. I don't want to miss the switch from bitcoin to whatever will overtake it. Bitcointalk is mainly about useless alts and any quality discussion is hundreds of pages long. Twitter is too shallow, reddit is a memefest, facebook is for the pleb and g+... Well, Google plus is actually ok quality wise, I just can't ever remember to launch the app.
BTW: Adam taking a brake right at launch of Titanfall...? COINCIDENCE?

I'm hoping to improve my knowledge and I'm also interested in how the LTBcoin is going to play out.

In my own words what am I doing here?
Many things. Learning is one of them. I've been meaning to learn how cryptography works. I am one of those people that likes to know the how and why. In my math classes, I always asked why we are doing something. Of course, high school math teachers in a small town don't provide good answers. "Well that's just the next step." Unsatisfactory answers. So if possible, I analyze everything I can and try to figure it out. Why do you do this? What determines that this is the next step? Soooo, if anyone has any suggestions of any resources so I can learn the nitty gritty of cryptography and crypto-currency, I'm all ears! I love to learn. I feel like, you can never learn enough. I crave knowledge like a fat kid loves cake.
Well, enough of my boring analytics ;) I'm also here to contribute. Hopefully. The more I learn, the more I can give out ideas. I'm also here because I love the community, and I love how smooth Bitcoin works, and I want to make every financial transaction as easy, even alt-coins. Honestly, the way I see the future is that anyone can use any crypto-currency they want, and the e-commerce sites will automatically take it, and convert it into whatever currency the merchant prefers for themselves.0 likes -

Adam, I could tell that I was on the ground floor of something big when I started listening to Let's Talk Bitcoin. Super exciting when you were going through the voting process for the great shows that are now on the network. I hope to learn more about the platform of Bitcoin, the names of the units that the bitcoin can be broken down into for example from mbtc to the satoshi bit what's in the middle? I see LTB becoming the (I pray the honest) biggest news station on the planet due to the ability of the ecosystem to incorporate the bitcoin network into almost everything in our day to day lives. Rock on Adam
