Hopefully you have read some of the threads here about the Folding Coin Project by now (http://www.foldingcoin.net/), which I think is a pretty resourceful use of computing power while "mining" for FLDC.

Basically you are helping disease-related research by simulating protein folds on your computer that would otherwise need to be done in a university or laboratory-type setting. Through the magic of the internet, the results get transmitted back to the Folding Coin team and they learn a little bit more about how life operates on a level of organic chemistry.

Anyway, I am selling FLDC on the Counterwallet exchange right now for a ratio of .7 LTBC / 1 FLDC. The last price for FLDC on masterxchange.com was 104 satoshis or a ratio of .76 LTBC / 1 FLDC, so there's a 9% arbitrage opportunity for somebody, not including the wild fluctuations that are likely to happen between now and when you read this.

@cyrusfx That would be a good thing to exchange them for :) I know you probably know this but you can exchange both LTBcoin and FLDC on the https://masterxchange.com site. Since the counterwallet exchange is still pretty slow.

We are doing a forum faucet because most faucets are not CP ready yet, but you will receive 10 FLDC for posting your address here http://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/post/foldingcoin-forum-faucet?page=1

You can also earn FLDC some other ways if you want to check out http://foldingcoin.net/index.php/earn-fldc/

I'm sorry if this information is available elsewhere, I couldn't find it, but I'm wondering if there's any way to get the "Advanced Client" for FLDC to recognize ASIC devices. So far I just have 2 CPUs slowly folding away on 2 different projects.

Is there a link available that explains how to configure the FoldingCoin client to recognize mining hardware? Thanks!
