Lucky me, my all balance i have already cashout from there. Remember exchanger is not a bank, its not 90% safe if you store your asset there. Im learning from bitstamp hacked, im will not store my asset on exchanger anymore except for trading. I hope Bter will go up again, like bitstamp story :)
You have a point, but some people are using their bitcoins for daytrading not just for longterm holding or spending. In the first case you have to have them at an exchange.
