  I'm way behind on this! Can someone point me to a URL that explains the Dogeparty reward for participating in the burn (I assume that's the motivation), using the Dogeparty wallet?

  EDIT: Wait, with a bit more looking around, seem the funding goal has already been met. And am I correct that the burned Doge was donated simply to support the cause, w/o any reward tied to the donations?

  No .Nor can it hold any doge based tokens nor the XDP. You need a dogeparty wallet for all that.

  Thank you for that info. Would have been interesting to participate in that experiment, but I don't want yet another wallet to deal with.

  Not to my knowledge. But the https://wallet.dogeparty.io/ can. It essentially a copy of counerparty run on the doge network instead of the bitcoin network.

  The reward is the new currency called "DogeParty" or XDP. The 1000:1 ratio means that for every 1000 Doge you send, you get one XDP. Once the burning phase ends, no more XDP will be made.

  Thanks @Outragedhuman! I had finally seen that, after more looking… Wish I hadn't missed that opportunity, I think Dogeparty is very promising! Anyone want to sell any XDP? Is it being traded yet on an exchange? (I've never had success trading using Counterwallet)

  You still have plenty of time, my friend. From the dogeparty website:

  "The burn begins on Tue, August 12th and will last for 30 days."

  So head over to dogeparty.io and take a look at wallet.dogeparty.io to set up a way to burn! If you need any help with the process let me know, i burned some last night and some more this morning.

  @Rob You can still burn Doge to get XDP. Yesterday was just the first day. Get your wallet at wallet.dogeparty.io, send it some Doge, then choose Burn for XDP in the Doge menu box.

  @Outragedhuman Great! I had seen they were just over 100% of the goal when I last checked, and thought that meant the funding was closed. Glad I asked, glad you answered!
