Решил попробовать инвестировать в BitcoininstantСlub. Зарегистрировался, прочитал инструкцию GET STARTED, вроде бы все просто. Стал вносить деньги, выбрал Bitcoin, далее был переадресован на CoinPayments. Получил адрес на который перевел биткоины. Но через некоторое время получил e-mail

CoinPayments.net BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Hello,

Your payment of 0.02414600 BTC to bitcoininstantclub has timed out without us receiving the required funds. The transaction with ID cd51c3b17237be4408ee8dcd1fe7259aa69cf274cdcbc36bd91725adc297e243 has been cancelled.

If you sent funds that didn't confirm in time you should receive an email within 8 hours with a link to claim the refund.

Что теперь делать не знаю. Деньги с кошелька ушли, а CoinPayments их не получил. Где теперь искать перечисленные деньги?

  Что теперь делать не знаю. Деньги с кошелька ушли, а CoinPayments их не получил. Где теперь искать перечисленные деньги?

  Проверьте в Blockchain.info прошел ли перевод на указанный CoinPayments кошелёк. Если да, то сообщите в службу поддержки CoinPayments данные транзакции и суть проблемы.

  У меня было (но с другой конторой) так, что деньги были зачислены на кошелёк получателя после истечения времени - после переписки с поддержкой мне всё вернули, даже miner fee.

  Проверил в Blockchain.info, транзакция дошла до адресата. Сообщил в в службу поддержки CoinPayments данные транзакции и суть проблемы. Получил следующую отписку:

  You provided us with a transaction that did not receive any funds, and has timed out. Because there were no funds sent, the transaction gets closed, and if you wish to make a purchase with the merchant, you will have to make the purchase again using the merchant's website. Please make sure to read all email alerts from our system, as they inform you every step of the transaction.

  There are however a few exceptions:

  If you are sending your coins from an exchange, it may be held before it actually is sent out from the exchange. So please check with your exchange to see if it was processed, if it was, you can provide us with the blockchain txid and we can look for it, as long as it was sent to our wallets.

  The other would be is, if you are sending from a wallet is not synced, you will have to wait for the client to catch up and send the payment. If it does send, you can provide us with the txid for it as well, and we can look into it, as long as it is sent to our wallets.

  Это не отписка - всё по существу.

  Денег на указанный адрес (15n6CB9ADs1b1gTtAJP1YFJ54d4VuYqfan) не перечислялось.

  Какую информацию вы сообщили в службу поддержки? С какого адреса вы перечисляли?
