Re: Editors' Communication Thread
Is way longer a title than the system can show on the home page. Please shorten it and I'll send the post in for editing. I've set the post to "draft" so you can set it to "ready" again and I'll get notified.
As a guide, I replaced "half a million dollars" with "$500k" in your previous title and it only barely fit.

Thanks, Andrew

Re: OH HAI, DID YOU RECEIVE 3 EXTRA LTBCOIN DISBURSEMENTS?
Like @bcohen, I got extra PoP too. I'll edit the OP to tell people to look out for that too.
So, I got:
4 x 6320.223 LTBc for 5+ forum posts
3 x 13,373.78374648 for Proof of Participation
And I've returned 45,708.23649296 to 14ajfG64T8evUrU7uW5SeCfD53BcmSeXjE

Re: Editors' Communication Thread
You've set your article to "Ready for Publishing" but it's rather short with the bottom part more or less in point form. You start off well, but seem to have left it half way through, when you have lots of scope to give the reader more value and info, particularly as regards the projects you listed.
Apart from quality issues, it wouldn't be fair on the other writers or even on the readers to publish something like this. I've set it back to draft. Please make sure articles are complete and ready before marking them as such.

Re: When to buy LTBcoin?
It's all one big experiment and you can expect a good deal of volatility in the early days, so it's very hard to tell when is the best time to buy. This is not investment advice or anything, but a strategy some people like to use in such a case is to buy whatever asset over time in small amounts so the rates you get average out.

Re: Estructura del foro
Hola @Taxidermista
De momento hay un subforo internacional (este) con hilos para los distintos idiomas, ya que la demanda es aún baja. Este es el hilo en castellano. Conforme vayan aumentando la comunidades de distintos paises/idiomas, crearemos subforos para acomodarlos.

Re: Editors' Communication Thread
@r-frank @rotalumis. I am at a quandary as to what level of knowledge or understanding of technology an author is to assume the readers posses, to enable an individual to be qualified and authorized to write an article for LTB. If source documentation is required for every axiomatic ( i.e. self-evident knowledge,http://www.merriam-webster.com/dictionary/axiomatic, known by all; in present context, astute readers of technology) statement made it distracts from the gist and substance of what is written.
It all depends on what audience you want to target, but it is good in general to try and make your article understandable by as wide an audience as possible. At the same time, you don't want to overdo it, as you say.
If you need more specific help with your article, I suggest you try and find an editor in the Content Market or ask for help there, as I explain in this post.

Re: The Magic Word's Magic
@bcohen Since there is an auction I have recommended that the magic word goes to the high bidder. This encourages the underdog to bid higher. Second place wins and advert but not the magic word.
Obviously the magic word would have to be unique so it can be a condensed magic phrase with a maximum number of letters (TBD)
eatbigmac lovebigmac loveinit
btc.
I would support auctioning off the word itself if any of the show hosts did it. You'd have to make sure the auction doesn't give the word away.

Re: The Magic Word's Magic
@jayek Am I missing something. It was my understanding Magic Words were aired during LTB programs.
Yes. That's the way we planned it to be and this is quite a surprise from MMM.
We have actually discussed sponsored magic words as we were coming up with the system. But speaking for myself, that makes sense if the magic word itself is the sponsor. So maybe you have to remember and write "Big Mac" and feel all hungry while you type in the word, but that's it. No more inconvenience.
As this is it screws up the metric we want to measure, which is the number of listeners, and not the number of listeners who don't get irritated at having to visit a site to find out the magic word.

Re: Anybody living full time on Crypto?
@kerneloops Anyone who wants to do well in cryptoinvestments, should just tag along with me. And do the exact opposite what I do.
I once put $70 into a FOREX site to have a play, and came back out with $40 or so and a lot of very good lessons learned, but that's not the story. By the end of it, I really wanted to build a system that takes the emotional, knee-jerk reactions of a novice trader and places the opposite trades but at a higher order of magnitude. I wonder how that would work out!
