Re: Problem on dogeparty
This thread seems to about technical issues with the fairly new Dogeparty online wallet (the Doge flavor of Counterparty's Counterwallet). Dogeparty is a pretty cool asset creation platform, even if you're not a Dogecoin fan.

Re: [Official] The 100,000 LTBcoin Logo Design Contest
@light This contest is for LTB network logo right? Not the coin. At least that is what I see from article by Adam
Hey Light, thanks for pointing that out!
@Adam & @Deweller, this thread has been about designing an LTBcoin logo since Deweller's original post in May. But Adam's article from two days ago directs people to this thread, calling it a LTBn logo contest. Adam & Deweller, can you guys clarify if this contest is still the COIN logo contest, or did it change two days ago to a NETWORK logo contest? And while you're clarifying, I would love to understand if you are looking for something that compliments the current branding, or if you want to establish completely new branding? Perhaps you want the current Let's Talk Bitcoin logo to go specifically with the podcast, and a new LTBn logo becomes the blanket branding for the overall network?
Thanks!

Re: [Official] The 100,000 LTBcoin Logo Design Contest
I think I said this before (probably months ago), but I see this LTBcoin logo contest as trying to come up with an image that will fit in with other cryptocurrency logos, such as you see when you go to CoinMarketCap.com. I see plenty of examples of simple logos (such as the simple Bitcoin B logo) as well as cryptocurrency logos with a lot of fancy effects that look very nice. But, IMO, the logo should fit in with the established major coin logos.
And as @Y0C0iNS mentioned, my view on this contest is that the logo should be somewhat visually similar to the existing Let's Talk Bitcoin branding. I assumed this to be the case, as the stated goal in the original post is to design an LTBcoin logo (not come up with a new look for the entire Let's Talk Bitcoin brand).
Perhaps I'm off base, but that's been my take on this contest.

Re: BIP38 Paper Wallet service
Very cool, love seeing new Bitcoin storage products!
@markxmayer What do you think are the most effective ways of saving one's BIP38 passphrase? And what is the use case you envision for a BIP38 wallet? This is always what gives me some pause with this security method, because I don't trust my memory with a strong password for a large amount of BItcoin. So I'd need to keep the password on a physical medium (paper, flash drive, etc.). But if I'm going to do that, then it seems that something like 3-of-5 multisig solution is a lot more powerful (though also more complex for most people to set up than BIP38). So I'd love to learn more about how you suggest people use your (or any) BIP38 wallet.
Regardless, I still might buy your product, just because I like this type of stuff!
BTW, I agree with your thinking, @eshriek. With hundreds of millions of years and adequate computing power, any Bitcoin private key is brute forceable. Though I didn't think of the social engineering or theft angle, depending on how the passphrase is stored.

Re: [Official] The 100,000 LTBcoin Logo Design Contest
Hope no one is getting sick of variations on my logo concept, but I decided to play with some 3D versions.

Re: Bitcoin Close to $400
I've seen people associate today's price jump with PayPal's announcement about integrating Bitcoin payments for purchases of digital goods (using PayPal, Coinbase & GoCoin). And I'd guess that is what happened. But PayPal is not allowing sellers to keep the Bitcoin, every payment made will be converted to fiat. So if you believe the downward price movement has been due to the existing companies who accept Bitcoin but use a processor to convert to fiat, this seems like it will extend that trend.
Big picture is, this seems good for Bitcoin to me. But will the favorable sentiment overcome the downward price pressure of so many big companies using payment processors to convert Bitcoin payments to fiat? And note that, I think small Bitcoin enthusiasts tend to restock their Bitcoin when they buy. But big whale Bitcoiners probably don't, and that seems like a way that prices are pushed down (rather than selling Bitcoin, whales buy stuff with Bitcoin, and that's effectively selling when payment processors are converting to fiat for their customers).
What say you?

Re: NOW LIVE! - LTBDisplay Auction - 6 LTBDISPLAY Tokens
I think Adam is hoping more people will set up shop on the LTB ecosystem, based on reselling LTB tokens (and perhaps adding value). I think this is his longterm vision, even if it is inconvenient during this start-up phase.

Re: Anyone know what's been going on with Counter Wallet?
Odd, I don't think I've ever noticed a problem using Counterwallet's basic functions. I've never had success trading, so I don't even try any more. But as a wallet, it's never behaved oddly for me.
I saw one person mention Safari, is everyone else using Chrome? If I try other browsers, I get a message that says I must use Chrome.
I saw Dogeparty people complaining of issues when they had created hundreds or thousands of assets, but I doubt that applies to you guys.
@yudhistira guys iam forgot my lgoin credential of my counterwallet what should to do >.
That's rough, I don't think there's any recovery method. I wonder if you start another wallet and link it to your LTB account if you can get another EARLY token?
