  • Re: The Bitcoin Group/ Comics Project

    @rockbarcellos

    This is great! Glad I stumbled here. You made me realize, I'd be interested in hiring you to make my vision of a graphic for The Bitcoin Game a reality. Can you PM me your email address, and we can talk more?

    @bitcoincomicorg

    It arrived! If anyone else wants to buy one, do you have any left?

  • Re: I am looking for general graphic design work in exchange for LTBCoin

    Wish I had more time to help with what you're doing. Definitely nice you're trying to pay for services in LTBc, rather than selling them, and putting downward pressure on the price!

    Let me ping a few people who might be interested in design services for LTBc, like @rockbarcellos, @light, @JayeK, @LittleShibe, @Andaloons, @arkanantara, @tidakasli, @edd

    (sorry if i missed anyone)

  • Re: Recommend one of the new services to buy Bitcoins.

    Circle has worked fine for me as an alternative to Coinbase. But note they limit the amount of Bitcoin you can buy. I think my limit is/was something like $500 per week or per month. And they do a similar amount of KYC as Coinbase does.

    On the upside, being able to use a credit card to buy Bitcoin is kind of neat.

    @cryptonaut

    Sorry to pile on, but the site has been inaccessible for me too a lot during the past few days. It felt like a traffic issue… Curious what you'll find if you look at logs.

  • Re: Do you listen to LTB podcasts for Content or Magic Words?

    Thanks everyone for the feedback so far, I think it's pretty interesting info for podcasters and the network. I hope people will keep adding more answers!

  • Re: Bitcoin.com.au rant

    Interesting. I at one point tried to register an .AU domain, but my application was rejected as I couldn't show proper evidence I had a business located in Australia. So I'm trying to figure out how much of this unfair-seeming seizure is a general ICANN issue, vs. very strict enforcement of .AU domains.

    @mdw Do you have a sense of this detail? And if you're correct about private registration being grounds for seizure, that's also scary...

  • Re: how do I answer the magic word ?

    @bernhard

    Uncoinventional Living Tour magic words gots really nasty lo look for, espacially if english is not your first language.

    :(

    It's tough if you're speaking another language, I'm sure (I couldn't understand a podcast in any other language than my own!). I'm not sure if they read the comments on their posts, but you could probably email them, and let them know your issue. Not sure if they'll change, but maybe just hearing from you might make a difference. It helps both you and them to get the magic word, so maybe they will try to keep it simple for you. You can find an email address at the bottom of this page: http://uncoinventional.com

    BTW your surfing apartments sound great! I surf, and visited Morocco once a long time ago (but did surf).
