  • Re: [Feature Request] Default Forum Clock based on Adam's local time.

I request NOT to add a clock, nothing personal Hesham.

A clean usable interface is valuable, let's keep widgets and icons limited to that which is useful. I already have a time display on my computer if I want.

  • Re: Any way to calculate?

Are spreadsheets still being kept? I like the idea of splitting LTBc based on percentages; that's why I ask.

For example, let's say a team of writer, artist, editor is working together. Doesn't it make sense to say to the editor - you get x percentage? So they make more for editing content that pays more, and less for things that pay less.

  • sneaking in new features & bounties

Nice job dev team, it's a pretty common experience for me to be poking around and see something new. Kudos to you! The immediate cause for this post was I never before noticed the ability to filter which boards are displayed. That's yet another great feature :D

How about a bounty system? A list of proposed features people can sponsor...

For example, if someone really, really wants a shiny chrome widgets template option, and the dev team agrees it can be done such that it won't take away value from other users, they can offer LTBcoin to incentivize someone to do it.

    @rob

@mdw Should we make a "testLTB" asset on DP platform to convince Adam to make a move?

Distribute a little to every LTB registered user as incentive to try it? There's really no learning curve if you already have a counterwallet.

I got the impression Adam became involved in Dogeparty largely because he sees it will help LTBcoin. I think nothing would hurt, but I sense he'll move without much prodding, once he's ready.

How could we distribute Dogeparty assets to current LTB users? Everyone needs a Dogeparty wallet first, right?

I got the same impression re: Adam seriously considering it. Maybe he wants to wait a little while to make sure everything's working smoothly.

Yes they need a wallet to receive XDP, we would be incentivizing folks to do just that. I have no idea how to check in an automated way, since XDP wallets have no relationship to XCP wallets. I think it would take having people post on a thread with their public address and we send it to them manually. Ugh.

  • Re: 400+ Million Burned already. Dogeparty!

@rob Is there a Dogeparty block explorer yet? Some place to look at a list of assets created so far?

They have a rough one built into the wallet, but only most recent. When I click on transaction for detail it links to blockscan.com which shows XCP. Guess they plan to have this soon?

To see, on left side menu click More -> Network Stats and scroll down

@mdw (sorry, I posted last comment before generating a wallet - passphrase auto-generated)

Still a huge fan. Bet the code is horrible spaghetti hackness, but the idea is spot on!

You don't think it's solid code, somehow ported from Counterparty? Or do you think that code is rough too?

Isn't it Counterparty ported to a new chain? Has anyone actually looked to see the deets? Do all the counterparty operations fit into a DOGE tx or does it require some kind of hack? I thought they were the same size as Bitcoin transactions??

Don't think I'm not a big fan of it - I think very few altcoins have persisting value, but the awesome DOGE community makes that coin one of the few that does. And it sure needed some apps running on top of it to add utility.

update: now proud holder of XDP - such asset, very token!

  • Re: 400+ Million Burned already. Dogeparty!

I'm a huge fan of this idea in general. These meta protocols can and should become chain-agnostic, and this is the first thing I've seen to try to migrate away from Bitcoin.

What percentage of people d'ya think used one or more of these words in their 12 word passphrase for the wallet? And how long before those guys sending bots out to "mine" brainwallets try to find these?

"such many so coin very much moon wow shibe crypto"
