Re: soundcloud settings best practice
Thanks for the suggestions! We have a bunch of different podcasters,so it is really up to each of them individually to make sure they have the download buttons enabled, clean file names etc. :p I will bring this up with them (assuming they dont already see this thread)

Happy Holidays!
Hey everyone!
Taking off for christmas break, I will be gone from the 24th to Jan 1st (but I will probably pop on the forums a few times). If anyone needs anything or needs to convert some XBTC (or the new BITCOINEX token) into regular BTC, feel free to send me a PM or an email and I will try and get back to you ASAP.
Cheers!

Re: Forum Moderation
@bitsol Is there a way, @cryptonaut, to apply to be a global mod? Or is that closer to admin, so only staff can?
Right now I think we have enough mods already, plus the forums have slowed down a lot. I don't think we will need any more mods or global mods until probably a few months from now when the forums are upgraded and start being used more.
Can you give some hints on what are you planning to change on the forums? I'd love to see it revive :)
Going to start on upgrades fairly soon (after all the blog upgrade stuff is finally done). Here is a quick run down off the top of my head of some changes that will be made:
- An actual "Search" page for searching through forums + the site
- User post history and better user profiles
- Somewhat improved design / UI for forum functions
- Ability to have sub-forums
- Different sorting options besides only ever sorting by "most recently replied"
- Reddit style upvote/downvote system, which is replacing the current "likes" system
- Reddit style nested comment threads
- Possibly some sort of tipping system (integrating Changetip could be pretty cool)
- +more!

Re: SPECULATE.XCP - Weekly Payouts!
@dgiors OK, thanks. Are you using BITCOINEX for EARNFREEBTC too? I have access to the special forum so I'll follow up with some reading there.
Yep, it's what I am going to be using for any of my projects which give out dividend payouts from here on out. More details soon

Re: SPECULATE.XCP - Weekly Payouts!
@dgiors I've been getting mysterious payments in BITCOINEX and haven't seen any new XBTC divs in a while. Has there been a switch in payout token?
Trying to get to the bottom of it.
Yes, I made a thread about it in the SPECULATE private forum board: http://letstalkbitcoin.com/forum/post/new-payout-token-bitcoinex (if you dont have your counterwallet address verified with your LTB account, you might not be able to see that forum post).
I will be making an official anouncement about it in the next day or so, just getting some things finished up. In the meantime, if anyone needs to convert their BITCOINEX (or XBTC) into regular bitcoin before I finish getting the vending address setup, just send me a PM. It works the same way as XBTC, so 1 BITCOINEX = 1 Bitcoin

Re: Issues with LTBcoin reward.
@banksterfighter I´ve just entered in my address (1HVHa3FUdiPrnSgudfe8tdeVa4HfYDoqLm) right now and it seems to work this time.
I have no idea what the problem was because I did the same thing a few weeks ago, when I first created my counterwallet and web account.
Could you, Cryptonaut, please check if my LTBcoin address is already set up? Just in case I´m wrong and there´s still something missing.
Thank you very much for your help and thanks for this amazing community.
Looks like your good to go now! Sent you some LTBc to start off with ;)
