    @yefet so after logging out and back in, the inventory page is still asking you to log in once more but not letting you through? What happens if you go and try and sign in directly on https://accounts.tokenly.com ?

  • Re: LTBN Joins the Tokenly Application Network

    @yefet

    @cryptonaut @yefet you should be able to just re-log in. Still having issues with it?

    yes, there is still an issue :-(

    I'm filling the form with my Username and Password, clicking "Login" button - no results :-( the same screen

    hmm, yeah similar thing happens to me, but if I try it a second time after that same login screen comes up, then it works. Part of the problem seems to be that the user session on accounts.tokenly.com is not lasting long enough. I'l see what I can do for that. In the meantime you can also try just logging completely out of LTB and then log back in.

    @hotarugrey Ok I got my addresses read now... but is it normal that it showed me that I have 100.000.000 EARLY? seems like every token that i only have 1 of it, turn to 100.000.000 in my token inventory

    Ah yeah, whoops will get that fixed. Non-divisible and divisible assets are measured differently in counterparty, looks like it is just assuming every asset is divisible and multiplying it by 100,000,000 satoshis.

    @btcdroid

    On a hunch, I logged into my email provider directly and found that the verification email was in the junk folder. Not really a surprise since I have never dealt with tokenly.co and the verification email looks like a phishing email in the style of "You have wins a zillion dollar$!!!1!1!! Click here to claim. Sincerely, Totatlly Trustworty Peoples!".

    Verification email showing up in Junk is definitely an issue (for some and not others apparently), I'l see if we can get that prevented.

    I don't really get the whole "looks like a scammy phishing email" bit though to be honest. The notification emails from Tokenly Accounts are pretty much equally as plain and uninteresting as the standard LTB notifications which have been going out for ages. See here for direct comparison: https://imgur.com/EfNdYe1

    What I mean is that, to the spam detector, the verification email fits the phishing pattern: a short email from an unknown sender that includes a link. My spam folder has similar phishing attempts that claim to be from Google Service, LinkedIn, and Facebook.

    Yeah, fair enough. Our emails are definitely something we need to work on!

    @btcdroid logout is fixed

  • Re: LTBN Joins the Tokenly Application Network

    @hotarugrey can you try syncing your account one more time? Looks like there was an issue with scanning address balances, should be fixed now
