  • Re: True or what..?

    well, seeing as paypal, coinbase and bitpay have all given official statements about it, yeah I would say its true. Paypal said though that they cant be used as a bitcoin wallet yet and dont have full integration. They are cautiously testing things out still. Pretty huge news but probably going to be a while before you can log in to your paypal account and deposit bitcoin. Or use bitcoin for every single paypal merchant

  • Re: PETAMINE.XCP - Mine bitcoin with your counterwallet! [Vote Complete]

    Alright, so the past couple days we have seen mining dividends just drop right off... today and yesterday each earned only about 70 satoshis per havelock shares, when normally they are between 400 - 1,000+... besides the ever increasing difficult rate, I believe this is also because of the dropping BTC price. PetaMine takes out a hosting fee from the dividends each day to pay for maintaining the hardware, but with bitcoin in the ~300 - ~400 range, its starting to cut into the mining rewards pretty deep.

    < 100 satoshis per share a day was sort of my cut off point. I am pretty positive that especially after today, the price [of petamine] is going to drop even further, and unless bitcoin itself gets back up to the 5 or 600 $ range, the dividends are going to keep being crap.

    So in order to save at least some value from the fund, I have made the decision to temporarily liquidate all shares (which has come out to 1.24 BTC).

    Tomorrow, I will be setting up and posting a vote so we can decide how we want to move forward with this. There will be several options (more than 2) and the vote will be done via distributing voting tokens to all holders of PETAMINE. Stay tuned

  • Re: Why can't I access the tokens I have in my wallet ?

    Does it show up as actually verified on your address manager? If not try going back to the "Verify" page, click the verify by donation button again, and wait like 30 seconds or so to see if it catches and verifies it.

  • Re: EARLY??

    @rendra666

    @cryptonaut

    @yousure When the forum will be bigger, with thousands of users, EARLY will be a privilege of few people.

    yep, which should be interesting. Even if we get up to 10,000 or 15,000 members, only around 2000 can ever get access to this board

    why is that? is there a limit to the members who behave bad?

    no, its just that only ~2000 EARLY tokens were made

  • Re: Peter Schiff back to bitcoin bashing

  • Re: When do the daily point per post are resetted?

    @asdolino Last question, I have asked before but I'm not sure about the answer:

    If I make 1 post in the forum and 1 article comment in a day, how many PoP I will earn?

    • 5 + 5 PoP

    or

    • 5 + 2,5 PoP

    Its separated by days, so the "timer" resets at midnight in the pacific timezone.

    Its actually 4 points for each of those actions. 1 forum post + 1 article comment in a day = 8 points.

    another weekly dividend paid. Bit better than last weeks payment. 10 PETAMINE now = 1.156 Peta shares on havelock.
